No, this is not an insurance plan. Our discount plans provide you with discounted prices on a wide range of health care services and products. You pay the discounted price at the time services are received.
First, locate a participating provider. You can find participating providers by using the Provider Search Tool after logging into the Member Portal or by calling (800) 290-0523. After confirming the provider's participation when making an appointment, just show your membership card at the time of service. You are responsible for paying all fees during your office visit. Participating providers have agreed contractually to offer you a specific discount on health care services they provide.
Yes, your Careington membership card can be used at any participating provider in the United States. All you need is your member ID number to receive your savings.

If you need additional cards for your household, or have lost your card, log into the Member Portal, fill out the form below or call Member Services at (800) 290-0523. You will receive your membership materials and membership cards in about 7-10 business days.
You may go to the provider of your choice. However, you will only receive a discount by going to a participating provider.
Cancellations are accepted over the phone at (800) 290-0523 or by fax at (888) 335-7330. If you cancel within the first 30 days of joining, you'll receive a 100% refund, less any nominal processing fees, no questions asked.

No, prescriptions are not guaranteed. While DialCare doctors can write prescriptions and send them to the pharmacy of your choice, prescriptions are written at the discretion of your doctor. Also, keep in mind that doctors do not write prescriptions for DEA-controlled substances or other classes of medication such as mood-altering drugs, including antidepressants, antianxiety or lifestyle medications.

Simply follow these directions to start using your Careington membership immediately. Some discounts require specific directions for use. Please review your membership kit for details.
Keep your membership card with you at all times to easily present it at provider locations. You must present your membership card at the time of service to receive a discount. If you lose your membership card, log into the Member Portal to request a new membership card, as well as view your plan information, find a provider and more.
To locate and verify participating providers in your area, simply call Member Services at (800) 290-0523 or use the Provider Search Tool after you log into the Member Portal. When calling to schedule an appointment, please refer to your membership card for proper network identification.
You are responsible for paying the provider the entire discounted fee at the time the service is provided.
